Sales Territory Manager, MedSurg Japan (Central Japan Area)
※自宅を拠点に東海地方をご担当頂く営業ポジションです- 愛知県・岐阜県在住の方希望(業界未経験可)

 

The present purpose of this position is to support the distributor(s) in Japan. Territory manager provides products and market information to physicians and distributors to expand sales in Japan. (製品・製品情報・市場情報を販売先の代理店・医師に提供し、日本に於ける自社製品の販売を拡大して頂きます)

Responsibilities

  • Understand the market needs in the designated areas in addition to the market research担当エリアの市場リサーチおよびニーズの把握・理解)
  • Grow the business by developing relationships with new physicians and organizing training or event on key products (医師と関係構築を図り、主力製品のトレーニング・イベント等を企画し、ビジネスを成長させる)
  • Maintain active relationships with the key accounts and key Japanese physicians with distributor(s) (主力の施設・医師と代理店との関係維持)
  • Organize and participate in local exhibitions, workshops and meetings with the distributor(s) (代理店との会議、ワークショップ、学会への参加を企画)
  • Ensure that complaints are monitored and actively addressed in a consistent and timely manner (苦情がモニターされ、一貫性のあるタイムリーな方法で確実に対処されるように対応)
  • Promote sales action of Cook products with approved documentation or instruction by Cook for safety use (社内による安全使用のための承認文書や指示書に基づき、製品の販売活動を促進する)
  • Understand Cook culture and policy (Cookのポリシー・カルチャーの理解)
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information you got through this Job (業務を通じて得た全ての情報の機密保持)

Qualifications

  • Secondary qualification above is essential
  • Experience in field sales, min. 2-3yrs (from other industries acceptable - 業界未経験可)
  • Driver's license holder is essential
