Overview
- Achieve/Surpass territory sales target for the
- Follow RH/COOK business plan- Forecasted revenues, Margins etc
- Achieve a call rate of 3 customers per day/15 per week
- Determine end user product channel
- communicate with customers regarding a variety of topics, including product updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs
- Maintain training in product and other critical business applications
- Collect competitive data and remain current on industry, customer, and competitive trend
- To Participate in professional association meetings outside of regular business hours, as required
Responsibilities
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct in service trainings and attend procedures
- Prepare concise and accurate reports, for RH leadership on the Japanese IVF/ MFM markets . Update RH gap analysis.
- Build a database of key customers within the fourth quarter of 2023
Qualifications
- five or more years of sales experience within a similar industry
- Proficiency / Ability to communicate professionally in English language
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Presentation skills
- Ability to travel within Japan, APAC and beyond. Travels could be up to 80%
