  • Achieve/Surpass territory sales target for the
  • Follow RH/COOK business plan- Forecasted revenues, Margins etc
  • Achieve a call rate of 3 customers per day/15 per week
  • Determine end user product channel
  • communicate with customers regarding a variety of topics, including product updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs
  • Maintain training in product and other critical business applications
  • Collect competitive data and remain current on industry, customer, and competitive trend
  • To Participate in professional association meetings outside of regular business hours, as required


  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct in service trainings and attend procedures
  • Prepare concise and accurate reports, for RH leadership on the Japanese IVF/ MFM markets . Update RH gap analysis.
  • Build a database of key customers within the fourth quarter of 2023


  • five or more years of sales experience within a similar industry
  • Proficiency / Ability to communicate professionally in English language
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Presentation skills
  • Ability to travel within Japan, APAC and beyond. Travels could be up to 80%
