Overview

The Supply Chain Operator, Distribution is responsible for storing finished product and dispatching customer orders for designated Asia Pacific countries from the Singapore distribution centre (SADC).

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  1. To perform all tasks relating to inbound, storage and outbound of Cook products.
  2. Picking orders
  3. Scanning orders and checking quantities
  4. Tallying / Packing orders
  5. Putting orders through courier computers
  6. Inwards goods receiving
  7. Enter inventory into Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  8. Label and pack the items picked to meet customer requirements
  9. Ensure on-time delivery to customers
  10. Upkeep and maintain materials handling equipments (MHE)
  11. To comply safety regulations and security measures for warehouse operations
  12. Checking overseas orders received
  13. Media packing/preparation
  14. Responsible for storage after inspection
  15. Regular execution of cycle count and stock take activities
  16. Carton box preparation
  17. To carry out housekeeping duties
  18. Other duties may be directed from time to time

Qualifications

Requirements:

  1. GCE “O / N” level or NITEC holders
  2. Preferably with Professional Certification in Logistics / Supply Chain / Warehousing
  3. 1-2 years experience in warehousing environment
  4. Preferably able to operate reach truck / order picker
  5. Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management System
  6. Basic command of written and spoken English
  7. Sense of urgency and meticulous, positive mindset and good teamplayer
  8. Physically fit and able to work in warehousing environment
  9. Able to work in a diverse team
