The SBU Support, AI position is responsible for providing full range of administrative support to the Aortic Intervention SBU.



  • To maintain customer master file, contact list and be up to date with the procurement process with all AI customers
  • Support on documents for company listing in new hospitals
  • To prepare documents for AI team for price negotiation with the hospitals
  • Documental support for tendering & contracts among SBUs and Hospitals
  • To provide pre-case quotation and post case documentations to facilitate invoicing
  • To report device used in the hospitals monthly
  • Follow up on Purchase Orders issued from Hospitals for payment
  • Coordination among hospitals, and relevant government departments on billing code, pricing and market study
  • Prepare documents for new product registration to the hospitals
  • Coordinate with the hospitals and prepare documents to facilitate COOK Custom Made Device (CMD) importation
  • Coordination with Regulatory Department on product registration support
  • Coordination among manufacturer and customers regarding complaints
  • Other ad-hoc assignments from AI Sales Team


  • Degree holder in business or other related discipline
  • 2 years working experience in administration field with similar industry background 
  • Good written and verbal command of English and Thai
  • Proficiency in PC application, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to collaborate with other teams members and distributors
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to achieve high performance standards
