  • Overview

    Manager, Corporate Brand and Communications - Asia Pacific is responsible to oversees regional corporate branding and communication that promotes, enhances, and protects the organization's culture and reputation. He/she will work closely with regional business leadership and functional and divisional teams to manage communication opportunities and risks, both internally and externally.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide strategic direction for external corporate marketing and communication channels, including web, email, social media, public and media relations, and various internal channels.
    • Ensure that the company’s purpose, values, and culture are integrated into messaging consistently across all channels.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of the company structure, business strategy, and key stakeholder groups both globally and regionally.
    • Ensure regional employees are informed of company business direction and goals and champion support of those goals.
    • Support and advise company leadership and management on communication and reputation issues.
    • Help ensure consistency of the Cook brand across the region.
    • Oversee the development of content and messaging for corporate level internal meetings and events.
    • Provide leadership that supports the success of the global Corporate Marketing and Communications function and serve as part of the function’s leadership team.
    • Facilitate and lead the APAC regional brand council.
    • Maintain an understanding of regulations or standards and local language needs that impact the execution of company communication.
    • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
    • Ensure that Cook’s Code of Conduct and Quality system is considered in all business matters carried out on Cook’s behalf

    Qualifications

    • Degree or above in Brand Marketing, Communications or other related discipline.
    • With 8-10 years Brand Marketing and Public Relations working experience in global company. Solid experience in working as part of the global leadership team and provide support/guidance to regional and local leadership.
    • Sound knowledge and hands on experience in Brand Marketing is a must.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Able to work and establish a positive relationship with people from different regions, level and departments, both internally and externally.
    • Equip with strategy planning and leadership skill and able to represent the global leadership team in the APAC region.
    • Be a good team player, flexible and able to fit into the Cook culture.
    • Excellent English skill, both written and spoken.
    • Frequent and extensive travel within the region and occasional travel to US is required
