  • Overview

    The primary purpose of this position is to increase sales and profitability for the Vascular Division in the assigned region. He/She shall be a resource to the doctors and hospitals towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. He/she is expected to establish business plan and sales strategy to expand the customer base and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for the customers. 

    Responsibilities

    • Develops sound business plan and sales strategy for maximizing sales growth for assigned products within the assigned territory
    • Ensure the high level of product knowledge is attained and maintained
    • Conduct sales calls to promote and service assigned products to existing, potential and competitive customers
    • Accountable for all tender, bids, pricing activities in the assigned region
    • Ensure ongoing, timely customer support for all defined products by providing product information through appropriate communication channel
    • Maintain active relationships with key accounts and key regional physicians
    • Provide on-going market intelligence insight on competitive activity, changes in market, distribution as well as input on customer preferences and product features
    • Provide feedback to the Area Business Manager regarding territory business plan and sales activities from Distributor quarterly
    • Prepare monthly summary report of the achieved sales in the assigned region, marketing activities, product promotions, and competitors activity
    • Complete administrative report as assigned such as expense reports, account profiles and analysis

    Qualifications

    • Territory education, major in Science, Medical, Pharmacy, Biology or other related discipline
    • At least 2 years of solid sales experience in medical device industry or other relevant industry is preferred
    • Knowledge in Peripheral Intervention/ Vascular Products is a definite advantage
    • Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken
    • Reliable, punctual and dependable
    • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, balancing multiple priorities, and ensuring quality standards
    • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and functions across the business
