  • Overview

    The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for achieving the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers. Striving to achieve goals and objectives set within the department with the emphasis on quality and efficiency.

    Responsibilities

    • Mainly responsible for order processing, invoicing and credit notes and be a backup support when required.
    • Coordinate both internal and external customers/distributors/logistic company/shipping agent which are related with the orders or enquiries.
    • Responsible for monitoring, validation and posting the import file through the system.
    • Able to handle all administrative support and the day-to-day operations of office services to ensure the office environment and company's administrative needs are met efficiently and well organized.
    • Receiving and transferring telephone calls.
    • Welcoming & providing office refreshments to visitors.
    • Distribute the update of a copy of company affidavit.
    • Purchasing and controlling office stationary/kitchen supplies.
    • Co-ordinate with outsources messenger service.
    • Dealing with the building management for any request.
    • Contact the air conditioning company for the maintenance service.
    • Other document scanning and filing.
    • Perform other related duties and ad hoc administrative function as required.
    • Have a sound understanding of, and comply with, the COOK Code of Conduct and Company Compliance requirements 

    Qualifications

    • Degree holder, major in Business, Marketing, Public Relations or other related disciplines.
    • With 2 years working experience in customer service is preferred. Background in international trading is an advantage
    • Flexible, ability to work with people at all levels, self-motivated, organized, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Able to work independently and under pressure.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
    • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Thai
    • Proficiency in PC application
