  • Overview

    This position is responsible for training and communicating with physicians, nurses and working with distributors to develop and implement local strategies in support the goals and general strategies of Urology SBU.  He/she will responsible to establish relationships with customers and sell Cook consumables and related medical devices and services to physicians, hospitals, and outpatient facilities in the assigned territory.


    1. Develop and implement business plan that anticipates and identifies challenges in the market in order to meet established territory goals and strategies of the urology specialty.
    2. Educate and support customers with products knowledge and operation solutions on both Cook capital equipment and consumables products.
    3. Attend cases and provide appropriate product support to assist doctors to achieve desired clinical outcome and enhanced customer experience with COOK products on capital equipment and consumable products.
    4. To visit customers frequently and to meet regularly with KOL.   Provide regular feed-back to the team and the manager regarding business plan and achievement.
    5. Partnerships with distributors to enable them to meet their business goals and to generate sales in the assigned region.
    6. Work with urology team to select, organize and participate in local and international exhibitions and meetings with Distributors.
    7. Keep detailed customer records of sales activities, feedback, market data and contact information.
    8. Ensure that product complaints are addressed in established procedures, monitored and actively addressed in a consistent and timely manner with full details.
    9. Submit monthly report on sales performance, marketing activities, product promotions, competitor’s activity each month to direct manager.
    10. Have a sound understanding of, and comply with, the COOK Code of Conduct and Company Ethics abd Compliance requirements


    1. Bachelor's degree or above .
    2. With 2 years or above sales experience in medical industry, preferably in medical devices or capital equipment.
    3. Reliable, punctual and able to work independently with limited supervision.
    4. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, balancing multiple priorities, and ensuring quality standards
    5. Analytical approach to problem solving with innovative thinking
    6. Well organized, a good team player, flexible, self-initiated and passionate to medical industry.
    7. Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with both internal and external parties from different levels.
    8. Proficiency in both written and spoken English
    9. Proficiency in PC applications.
