    Reporting to APAC Sales Manager - Urology, the SEA Regional Manager is responsible for developing strategies to support the Company's sales and goals. The Regional Manager also manages, trains, directs, evaluates, develops, monitors and motivates all Territory Sales Manages (TSM) and distributors in the assigned regions.



    1. Provides direction, support, training, and guidance to all TSM within assigned regions to help achieve individual and organizational goals
    2. Maintains frequent and consistent field coaching schedules with assigned TSM to identify strengths and weaknesses.
    3. Develops the annual region business plan in order to meet established region sales goals
    4. Participates in International, regional, and local sales exhibits
    5. Monitors and establishes regional expenses and budgets to insure that expenditures stay within assigned guidelines
    6. Maintains contact with key regional accounts/customers, coordinating efforts with the activities of the APAC SBU manager
    7. Conducts and manage product training with the new TSM as necessary
    8. Complies with all policies within the Cook Employee Manual, Cook Code of Conduct, and Cook Field Guide for Interaction with customers.
    9. Travels up to 75% per year
    10. Develop and maintain relationships with key physicians and national medical bodies
    11. Develop and implement a business plan which includes goals and objectives for the division.
    12. Determine pricing strategy



    1. Bachelors degree in a related field preferred
    2. Experience in sales, marketing and/or business management in the medical device industry.
    3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
    4. Experience in verbal and written communications
    5. Experience in problem solving
    6. Experience in working independently with little direct supervision
    7. Prior management/leadership skill is preferred
