    We are seeking the services of dedicated sales professional based in New South Wales to join our highly successful Vascular Team, on a permanent basis.


    About this role:

     

    Reporting to the Regional Business Manager (NSW), the purpose of this role is to achieve/exceed sales targets for key accounts within the NSW/Sydney Territory through the development of long-term positive customer relationships, which build confidence and loyalty in Cook Australia as a preferred supplier. You will be joining a high performing, energetic sales team in the support of Vascular procedures, such as Endovascular Aortic Repair (EVAR) and Peripheral Arterial Stenting. This is in addition to coordinating and delivering in-service education sessions to Vascular Surgeons and other Health Professionals. A dedicated training program will be provided.

    Responsibilities

    • Investigate new business opportunities for COOK Vascular products while developing and maintaining relationships with existing COOK clients.
    • Establish and develop strong relationships with key Vascular Surgeons and Interventional Radiologists to increase sales of COOK Vascular products.
    • Identify business opportunities and risks to ensure effective management of the customer base.
    • Identify customer in-service needs to support the use of Cook products efficiently and effectively.
    • Contribute innovative service arrangements to build customer loyalty.
    • Analyse sales reports to identify business opportunities and risks.
    • Provide customer support on inventory and consignment within company guidelines.
    • Provide clinical support for Vascular procedures on assigned Territory.
    • Ability to attend procedures outside of normal working hours if the need arises.

    Qualifications

    • A clinical background in Vascular procedures and/or qualifications in a health-related area is highly desirable.
    • Proven success in a medical device or pharmaceutical hospital sales role.
    • Energetic, self-driven, results-oriented individual with a positive outlook and clear focus on high quality service and business profit.
    • Exceptional time management, planning and organizing skills essential.
    • Ability to work comfortably in a theatre/clinical environment
    • Ability to work autonomously with high levels of motivation
