    COOK has sales, marketing and manufacturing offices worldwide. COOK Medical is at the forefront of medical research and product development in minimally invasive health care devices. In an effort to support our continuing growth, we seek the services of a dedicated Product Manager to join the Reproductive Health team.

    About this role:

    Reporting to the Global Product Manager, this role is responsible for actively acting as the connection between the RH Specialty and the WCA internal functional teams. This role will require establishing strong working relationships with all key personnel. This person will actively manage/monitor critical projects that span across the functions and are important to the Division, as well as create long-term operational strategies for the focus products.

    Responsibilities

    • To work collaboratively with all functions at Cook Australia with regards to all RH products manufactured by Cook Australia
    • This would include, but is not limited to:
      • Operations management for day-to-day supply and long-term capacity planning
      • Post-market engineering for all remediation projects
      • QA for all complaint and CAPA related activities
      • Regulatory to assess the impact of any remediation and post-market activities
    • To work closely with Global Product Managers to coordinate between the SBU and the operational process
    • Work proactively with the sales and distribution team within the APAC region to help provide product support
    • Provide input and technical guidance into product training as required, including generating sales training manuals as needed
    • Actively assist in implementing marketing plans in the APAC region
    • Maintain active relationships with key personnel
    • Answer product related questions and queries from employees and physicians
    • Follow developments and advances in medical technologies through relevant journals, articles and congresses
    • Comply with travel and subsistence rules and submit expense reports in a timely manner

    Qualifications

    • A clinical background or qualification in a health-related area is highly desirable
    • Product management experience essential
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) essential
    • Advanced numeric skills essential
