The creative team partners with stakeholders to translate strategic business goals into actionable, objective, creative expressions of Cook’s unique brand. This regional role leads a team of writers, designers, and project managers, inspiring and motivating them to create effective and innovative content that supports regional business priorities. Also helps team work through obstacles and connect their work to business and brand objectives.


  1. Serve as part of the regional marketing leadership team.
  2. Provide leadership, coaching, and financial oversight to  regional  creative team.
  3. Maintain a good understanding of company stakeholders and company goals and objectives in order to align projects and priorities.
  4. Works closely with creative operations to implement and manage processes for project intake, prioritization, and resourcing.
  5. Develop and manage a lean and effective creative process in collaboration with creative team managers.
  6. Works closely with creatives and leadership to ensure creative content is in alignment with the Cook brand, culture values, and polices and to resource functional work.
  7. Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization.
  8. When necessary, serve as both a leader and an individual contributor.
  9. Leads hiring and training of roles necessary to support the AMER regional team.
  10. Identify and manage creative vendors, freelance and other required contractual support to meet timelines and objectives.
  11. Provides ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback, both formally through the performance management process and informally through daily discussions and interactions, while recognizing employees for their contributions.
  12. Ensures roles and responsibilities, performance expectations and training requirements are developed and clearly documented and communicated to each employee. Cultivate a safe, secure, and supportive environment where employees can thrive and morale is maintained.


  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital, design/fine arts or other creative area.
  2. At least 3 or more years experience leading content creation teams.
  3. Good understanding of content creation across multiple mediums.
  4. Good understanding of brand marketing principles .
  5. Some experience with budgeting and managing vendors.
  6. Display positive and constructive behaviors that drive team cooperation in achieving objectives.
  7. Demonstrate excellent communication, written, and presentation skills.
  8. Excels in a highly collaborative team setting and loves to multitask.
  9. Occasional travel, domestic & international, may be required.
