Overview

The creative team partners with stakeholders to translate strategic business goals into actionable, objective, creative expressions of Cook’s unique brand. This role is a facilitator of the creative process, from project intake to content creation and approval. Oversees the scoping of regional creative projects, facilitates effective communications between creative teams and stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

  1. Work with Regional Managers to scope project plans, prioritize projects and identify deliverables by including inputs from the right stakeholders.
  2. Keep project deliverables on track to meet the expectations of the requestor and support company priorities.
  3. Create trusted relationships with teams across the company, including Regulatory, Clinical, Divisions and Marketing to facilitate project workflow and ensure consistency in project delivery, processes and structure.
  4. Identify, communicate and measure project goals, priorities, key deliverables and timelines.
  5. Identify project gaps or potential issues and use creative problem solving to develop actions that address or avoid.
  6. Develop streamlined communication pathways to support creative teams and creative workflows.
  7. Identify process and system challenges and raise to Creative Operations leader for continuous improvement opportunities.
  8. Verify the project is ready for transfer to Marketing Materials Processing.
  9. Ensure that Functional Verification has been involved in development and that appropriate processing documents are completed in entirety.
  10. Ensure Project Management system is frequently updated to track progress of projects and deliver progress reports, trends and analysis.
  11. Ensure all quality, regulatory, compliance and product-specific requirements are met within scope of responsibility.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  2. Experience in Marketing Operations or Project Management is highly preferred.
  3. Holder of Project Management Institute or equivalent Project Management Certification is a plus. 
  4. Solid experience in organizational leadership is an advantage.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Professional software.
  6. Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
  7. Display positive and constructive behaviors that drive team cooperation in achieving objectives.
  8. Demonstrate excellent communication, written, and presentation skills.
  9. Excels in a highly collaborative team setting and loves to multitask.
  10. Occasional travel may be required.
