Cook Medical is looking to employ a high achieving, energetic and ambitious person in a 6-month fixed term contract with potential to extend. Reporting to the Regional Business Manager - Vascular, the purpose of this role is to achieve/exceed sales targets for nominated accounts within your Sydney / ACT Territory, through the development of positive customer relationships, which build customer confidence and loyalty in Cook Australia as a preferred supplier.

  • Effectively and efficiently sell and support medical devices to allocated accounts within designated territory and as per the needs of the Division
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to be most recommended Vascular partner
  • Work in partnership with the Strategic Account Management team to pursue tender/contract opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Programs team to identify local in-service education resource needs for customers
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers within the Division to ensure the promotion and support of all relevant programs
  • Analyse sales reports to identify business opportunities and risks
  • Provide customer support on inventory and consignment within company guidelines


  • A clinical background in Vascular procedures and/or qualifications in a health-related area is highly desirable
  • Proven success in a medical device sales role
  • Energetic, self-driven, results-oriented individual with a positive outlook and clear focus on high quality service and business profit
  • Excellent time management, planning and organising skills essential
  • Ability to work comfortably in a theatre/clinical environment
