Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager, this diverse role is focused on managing projects in physical and digital workflows to deliver efficiency savings in Manufacturing and business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Apply project management techniques to deliver improvement projects in production and other business areas as required
  • Play a significant role in the procurement, design, development and implementation of new and specialised manufacturing equipment
  • Support existing equipment designs to ensure long term process reliability and serviceability
  • Maintain a transparent and comprehensive line of communication between all stakeholders, communicate activity updates, and organise relevant meetings
  • Prepare proposals for potential improvement projects that are deemed feasible for evidence based decision making
  • Implementing improvement projects as required to address quality issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline essential
  • Experience working with automated equipment and modern manufacturing technologies essential
  • Experience in the development and design or procurement of specialised manufacturing equipment
  • Experience working within a Quality Management System essential
  • Experience working within Medical Device industry under ISO13485 desirable
  • Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment desirable
