The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic to join our friendly, well respected and long-established company, in a 1-year fixed term contract.

You will be joining a dynamic team where you can establish long-lasting working relationships with your immediate peers and the wider company.


  • Maintain processes and procedures for collection and evaluation of post-market clinical data
  • Conducting clinical evaluation according to European and Australian regulatory requirements
  • Planning and reporting on post-market clinical follow-up for CE-marked devices (products that are certified in conformance to European requirements)


  • Tertiary qualification in either science, engineering or pharmacy essential
  • Experience in Medical Writing (e.g. through post-graduate experience in relevant science or training and experience in systematic review and clinical data appraisal) highly desirable
  • Experience within medical devices or pharmaceutical industry desirable, particularly in areas of regulatory affairs, post-market surveillance or application of risk management.
  • Information Management (e.g. Scientific background, expertise with literature searches and relevant databases) desirable
  • Demonstrated administration experience
  • Excellent time management, planning and organising skills essential
  • Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
