The Field Support Manager is responsible for leading SBU product launches, training (internal and external), product questions, and case support for assigned area. This position provides leadership within the assigned area for product launches, in collaboration with Product Management and Marketing, and supports the annual business plan to help the sales team meet or exceed projected sales goals.

This role will allow you to tap into your drive, initiative, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.   The Opportunity:   Reporting to the Team Lead, Post Market Engineering on a 2-year contract, you will bring your engineering and design control experience to our dynamic and collaborative Post Market Engineering team.  This diverse role will be responsible for risk analysis and design activities on our existing endovascular graft implants to meet changing medical device requirements around the globe and take these devices into new markets.

This position will support the Indirect Business Manager (IBM) and work closely with local Distributors to maximize product initiatives within the region. Develop and execute regional activities such as congresses, rep trainings and MedEd initiatives.

This role is responsible in the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System of SADC in Singapore in accordance to ISO 13485 and TradeFIRST requirements.  

The Associate Clinical Project Manager is responsible for the daily activities of clinical studies and preparing studies for sponsor and site regulatory authority inspections.
