Reporting to the Team Leader Manufacturing Engineering, these roles will provide technical and engineering assistance for production and manufacturing of medical devices in our manufacturing facility. To support our continuing growth, we seek the services of an experienced Production Engineer to join the Sustaining Engineering team in our Australian Head Office at Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane.
About this role:
In this role you will mainly be responsible for the sustainment of production equipment and machinery used in the manufacturing of medical devices. This will be a hands-on role and you must be very familiar with production equipment maintenance processes, troubleshooting, fault finding and breakdown repairs. You will work closely with equipment designers, machine manufacturers, part suppliers and onsite maintenance technicians to ensure new and used equipment is functional, compliant and safe to use.
You will also be involved in manufacturing process development, identify and implement process improvements, write and execute validation protocols and in general support all production activities as needed.
The APAC Projects Manager is responsible for assisting The Director, Asia Pacific, the Focus will be on the Shanghai Campus Building, the Needles in China for China and Pipettes in China for China Projects, but also other projects across APAC as required.
Reporting to the Regional Business Manager (Singapore/Malaysia), the purpose of this role is to achieve/exceed sales targets for key accounts in Singapore through the development of long-term positive customer relationships, which build confidence and loyalty in Cook Medical as a preferred supplier. You will be joining a high performing, energetic sales team in the support of Vascular procedures, such as Endovascular Aortic Repair (EVAR) and Peripheral Arterial Stenting. This is in addition to coordinating and delivering in-service education sessions to Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeons and other Health Professionals. A dedicated training program will be provided.
